Delivery Method

  • Print at Home

    Please have a printer ready to print out your ticket.
    A link to reprint your ticket will be emailed to you after purchase.
    Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your Address Book to ensure it gets delivered.
    Every ticket has unique barcode and serial number and it will be scanned at the entrance gate, please check your ticket has the barcode and serial number printed clearly.
    To enter the game, printed ticket is required. Showing ticket image on SmartPhone or tablet PC is not accepted.

  • Pickup by Will Call Kiosk Machine at the Venue

    Kiosk Machine Location: GATE 22 at Tokyo Dome
    Kiosk Business Hour: Available on the game day only. (from 10AM to the end of game)
    You can select a way of pickup from following two ways.
    (A)Pickup by credit card used for purchase.
    * From the purchase after May 31, you can not pick up tickets with credit card. Please confirm method (B) below.
    * Customers purchased before May 30 can pick up tickets with a credit card.
    (B)Pickup by entering OrderID and Password.
    *OrderID and Password will be notified by the order confirmation email.

    Handling Fee:No Charge

  • Pickup at Outlet (Pickup at Seven Eleven Store in Japan)

    Available to pick up after 48hrs from the purchase time to the day of game.
    Procedure:
    (1)You will receive "Online Ticket Pick Up Voucher" after purchase.
    (2)Print the voucher out or note Voucher Number and bring it to Seven Eleven Store.
    (3)Ask cash register for issue ticket(s). After the payment of the Handling Fee your ticket(s) will be issued.

    Handling Fee:108 JPY per ticket(s)

Notice Please Read Before Purchase

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
    Please review carefully on your ticket selection and billing information entered before submit an order.
  • Please complete your purchase in 15min. from the Review Your Selection page has been displayed. Please note that after 15min. your purchase will be time-out and selected ticket will go back to inventory.
  • Please do not use more than one window to process the purchase. It may not process correctly.
  • Entrance Gate opens 2hrs before the play ball for each game.
  • Sometimes weather or other outside considerations make the game impossible to complete. In such instances, Etix will issue refunds if a game is cancelled in its entirety. Refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next account statement depending upon your billing cycle.
