  • Barcode Ticket
    (Show Ticket on Smartphone)

    On the day of visit, please show your QR code ticket either on your smartphone screen, or as a print out.
    A link to view your ticket will be emailed to you by the order confirmation email(thank you mail).
    Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your Address Book to ensure it gets delivered.
    Every ticket has unique QR code and serial number and it will be scanned at the entrance gate.
    If you purchase multiple tickets, you can enter by presenting all the QR codes on the representative's smartphone.
    If you are coming separately from your companion, please forward the order confirmation email (thank you mail) to your companion. He or she can enter by displaying the QR code on his or her smartphone by clicking "View Ticket" link in the email. In that case, please coordinate in advance who will use which ticket (QR code).

  • Pickup at Outlet
    (Seven Eleven Store in Japan)

    Ticket pick up period for each payment method
    - Credit Card: Available to pick up after 48hrs from the purchase time to the day of game.
    - Pay at Outlet: Available to pick up until 9PM two days after reservation. Order will be voided after expiration.
    Procedure:
    (1)You will receive "Online Ticket Pick Up Voucher" after purchase.
    (2)Print the voucher out or note Voucher Number and bring it to Seven Eleven Store.
    (3)Ask cash register for issue ticket(s). After the payment of the Handling Fee your ticket(s) will be issued.
    Handling Fee:150 JPY per ticket(s)

Notice Please Read Before Purchase

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
    Please review carefully on your ticket selection and billing information entered before submit an order.
  • Please complete your purchase in 15min. from the Review Your Selection page has been displayed. Please note that after 15min. your purchase will be time-out and selected ticket will go back to inventory.
  • Please do not use more than one window to process the purchase. It may not process correctly.
  • Entrance Gate opens 2hrs before the play ball for each game.
  • Sometimes weather or other outside considerations make the game impossible to complete. In such instances, Etix will issue refunds if a game is cancelled in its entirety. Refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next account statement depending upon your billing cycle.
  • From the spring game 2022, "Tokyo Dome will be completely cashless in the hall, and cash will not be available."
