About free admission

The followings are entitled to free admission by presenting an eligible certificate or other proof of eligibility. Please read the admission information and notices below before visiting.
① Children under elementary school (should be accompanied by a guardian), high school students and younger
② Holders of invitation tickets or invitations
③ Persons with a Physical Disability Certificate, Intellectual Disability Certificate, Intellectual Disability Welfare Certificate or Atomic Bomb Survivor Welfare Certificate as well as up to two attendants.
④ Holders of MOT Passport (up to four Special Exhibitions)
⑤ Museum visits for schools (elementary school, junior high school, and high school in Tokyo) *Applications are now closed.
⑥ Members of ICOM, AICA, and IAA
⑦ Holders of medical professionals' invitation cards as well as up to one attendant.

Those who are ① (except elementary school students) and ⑦, please come to the museum ticket counter on the day of your visit to receive free admission tickets. For all others（②～⑥）, please come directly to the entrance of the exhibition rooms. (Reservation not available)

[About admission to “Christian Dior” exhibition]

Companions of reserved priority ticket holders as well as the companions of persons eligible for free admission can come directly to the entrance of the exhibition rooms.

[About MOT Collection]

If you wish to view the MOT collection first, please show your QR code or 7-Eleven Ticket "pay at a 7-Eleven store" when entering the MOT collection exhibition.

Silver Day and Family Day discount and group visit is suspended for the time being. More details.

Children under elementary school need to be accompanied by a guardian.

You need to present an eligible certificate or other proof of eligibility to enter with any discount tickets such as student ID and proof of age.

Holders of MOT Passport (from the 5th-time visit to Special Exhibition) and those who use other discounts such as Grutto Pass, please buy the same-day ticket at the ticket counter.

• Show Ticket QR Code

  Present ticket QR code on smartphone screen or print out the ticket and present on the day of visit. Ticket QR code will be delivered at confirmation page and thank you mail.

  If you use the smartphone screen display, please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  If you print the ticket, please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
  Make sure that the entire ticket, such as the event name and ticket type, is printed correctly.

  Please present the QR code for the number of visitors. One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.

• Pickup at Outlet
  (Pickup at Seven Eleven Store in Japan)

  Available to pick up until 9PM two days after purchase date. Order will be voided after expiration.

  Procedure:

  (1)You will receive "Online Ticket Pick Up Voucher" after purchase.

  (2)Print the voucher out or note Voucher Number and bring it to Seven Eleven Store.

  (3)Ask cash register for issue ticket(s). After the payment of the Handling Fee your ticket(s) will be issued.

  A ticket can't be issued at 7-Eleven after passing five days before the preferred date of visiting the museum.

  Handling Fee:

  275 JPY per ticket(s)

If your wish to cancel due to personal circumstances, use the cancellation form below.
To change the date or time, cancel your ticket before purchasing a new one.
If you select "pay at a 7-Eleven store (cash on delivery)" as your payment method, you will be unable to cancellation after payment. Available to pick up until 9PM two days after purchase date. Order will be voided after expiration.

• Caution

  Cancel request will be accepted until an hour before the time of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.

  Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".

  There is no cancellation fee.

  Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.

  Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.

  If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

• Cancellation procedure

  (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.

  (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.

  (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".

  (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.

  (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.

  (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
