Tickets go on sale at 10am (Japan Time) on the first day of each month for the entry in the next month.
(Example: Tickets for admission from November 1 to 31 will be released at 10:00 am on October 1, Japan time)
All the tickets for the entry in February 2021 go on sale from January 4, 2021. - Period

- All visitors are asked to make a reservation online.
- Entry times are staggered in one-hour increments.
- After the time you booked, you can enter the museum. There is no limit on visit duration. When crowded, admission may be limited. You may be asked to wait for a while before entering.
Please note
- We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- Please turn off or set your cell phone to silent mode, and refrain from speaking on the phone in the exhibition area.
- Please do not eat or drink in the museum.
- Please refrain from writing except with a pencil.
- Please do no touch the works.
- Photographs are allowed in the museum based on the following conditions:

@-Please do not take video images.
@-Photography of some works on display may be prohibited.
Delivery Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
- Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

- Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

- You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
