About Ticket

This exhibition has a date and time reservation system on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, reservations are required for everyone. This includes those who have tickets, elementary school students and above, high school students, and those who have a disability certificate, free admission ticket and museum card, etc.

One ticket is valid for only one visit by one guest during the exhibition period.
Free for high school students and younger.
For residents of Kobe City aged 65 and over, admission fee will be half price from general admission. (Please bring proof to verify age).
Free for disabled persons (Please bring a disability certificate or other proof to confirm)

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
