[UENO ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS]
Booking Ticket
(You can pay the entrance fee in advance at the same time.)

  • All visitors are required to reserve a booking ticket for entry into Ueno Zoo.
  • Booking tickets are available for free online starting every Saturday at 9:00 am for next week from the following Saturday through Friday.
  • You can pay the entrance fee (by credit card payment) at the same time you reserve for the booking ticket in advance. Paid booking tickets can be used as actual admission tickets on the day of visit.

Please note

An "Reservation Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
The meeting place: Main gate (5 minutes' walk from JR Ueno Station Park Exit.)
Bring this booking ticket (QR code) and photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. This booking ticket and photo ID will be checked at the meeting place.
Custmers who have paid by credit card at online reservation, please show the booking ticket (QR code) then enter.
Custmers who have not paid by credit card at online reservation, please show the booking ticket (QR code) and purchase admission ticket onsite to enter.
This booking ticket (QR code) is only valid for one person for the date and time stipulated.
In order to enter the zoo, you need to purchase an admission ticket after checking a booking ticket (QR code).
If you are unable to visit, please complete cancel request by using cancellation form by 9:30 am on the day of your visit. You cannot change the visit date.
The entrance closes at 4 pm. You cannot enter the zoo after 4 pm.
Resale of this booking ticket for commercial purpose is prohibited.
Some animals may not be exhibited depending on their physical conditions or weather conditions.
EastGarden： Giant panda (Please do not take photos)
Viewing in 2 rows: Everyone goes to the front row first after entering the park. After that, if you hope, go to the back row．
Front row: Shooting is not possible. After entering the park, all people will pass through the front row. Please watch while moving without stopping according to the guidance of the staff.
Back row: Shooting is not possible. If you would like to see Xiang Xiang again after the viewing in the front row, please line up in the row starting near the East Garden stroller rental office with a sufficient space from the front. You can view it in the back row. Please follow the guidance of the staff and watch while moving without stopping.
* The re-viewing line will close at 16:00. The deadline may be before 16:00 depending on the congestion situation.

Admission Method

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show QR code on confirmation page after reservation or use the link received in your reservation confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after reservation or print out later from the link received in your reservation confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.

About cancel

If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form.

  • Caution
    Cancel request will be accepted until 9:30 am on the day of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
    There is no cancellation fee.
    Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
    Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
    If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

Notice

  • Please review carefully your ticket selection and billing information entered before submitting your order.
  • If the "Reserve tickets" button are not displayed after the on-sale period start time, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.
  • Please complete your reservation within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your reservation will time-out and selected tickets will go back to inventory.
  • Please do not use multiple windows to process the reservation, or click on your browser’s back button. It may not process correctly.
  • A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after reservation. Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.
