- Admission includes access to the permanent exhibition. The Dome Theater requires a separate fee and reservations.
- Please note that venue congestion may result in wait times beyond your specified time.
- Admission is free for children three years of age and under. Admission is free for persons with a disability certificate and up to one companion each.
- Those eligible for free admission are not required to purchase a ticket.
- Advance reservations can only be made through this website. Reservations cannot be made by phone.
- Tickets specify entry every half-hour. There is no limit to the length of stay at the exhibition.
- Tickets are not valid beyond 60 minutes from the reserved date and time. If you are delayed, please come to the ticket counter.
- Please check the exhibition website for information on the opening hours of the exhibition, etc.
- Ticket sales at the advance price will be available from March 28 (Tue) to April 27 (Thu).

- This experience ticket is valid for an experience exhibition within the Life on the NEO Moon: A New Era of Space Exploration Special Exhibition. A separate admission ticket is required for the special exhibition.
- Please purchase a ticket for a later time on the same day as your admission ticket.
Ex: If you purchase an admission ticket for 1:00 p.m. on May 5, please purchase an experience ticket for 2:00 p.m. or after on the same day. - Ticket times are specified by the hour, but congestion at the venue may result in wait times beyond your specified time. The experience is about 5 minutes.

- In this experience, you will put on a harness and experience the state in which your weight is lightened by being pulled by the device from above.
- The harness is the type used for parachutes and is worn through both arms and legs.
- Depending on the height and weight of the person experiencing it, there may be differences in the experience.
- Only those who have filled out a consent form regarding safety can experience it.
- This experience area is quite dark for the production.
- It will be a vigorous exercise in which you will repeat jumps while your weight is lightened by the device.
- During the experience, you will be asked to change into special clothes.
The special clothing is planned to be like a jumpsuit, and will be worn over the clothing, so It may be difficult to layer skirts and wide-hemmed pants. - If the staff judges it to be dangerous, you will be asked to change your shoes.
- Even if you agree to the precautions and purchase, if the staff judges it to be dangerous, we may refuse the experience or stop you during the experience.
- There are age restrictions, height restrictions, and weight restrictions for this experience.

About Cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Cancel request will be accepted until 9:30 a.m. (JST) on the day of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.

- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- (2) Refund confirmation email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the refund confirmation email.
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
