Refunds are available for tickets dated from January 8 until February 28, if you wish to cancel your visit.
Refunds can be made only before admission.
Visitors with complimentary tickets do not need to take any actions, if they wish to cancel their visit.
[Refund Information]- For this time only, we accept requests for refund of purchased tickets. If you wish to do so, please fill in the contact form below, stating “Request for Refund of Yokohama Museum of Art ticket”, “Application Number (7-digit number stated in the confirmation email)” and “Number of tickets & amount paid”.
