Visitors can view this exhibition without making reservations. Please note that you may be asked to wait for admission due to congestion at the venue.
It is valid only once per person during exhibition, and on the day of the viewing.
Please present your school ID, disability certificate, etc. when entering.
Those who have seen this exhibition can also see the permanent exhibitions (Earth Pavilion and Japan Pavilion) on the same day, but it is limited to the opening hours of the permanent exhibitions.
Tickets will not be cancelled, changed, refunded or reissued once purchased.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Resale of tickets for this exhibition is prohibited. We are not responsible for any problems related to tickets purchased illegally.

・Pets (including insects) are not permitted in the Museum. (Assistant dogs, including guide dogs for the blind, hearing-assistance dogs and service dogs, are permitted.)
・Hazardous and flammable materials may not be brought into the Museum.
・Intoxicated persons are not permitted to enter the Museum and will be asked to leave if found.
・Please refrain from eating or smoking except in the designated areas.
Flash shooting, the use of monopod, tripod, selfie stick and video shooting in the venue are prohibited. Some of the items cannot be photograghed.
There are some places with poor radio waves in the venue, so we recommend that you save a screenshot of your QR ticket before entering.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
