    Venue：The Genchō-an Tearoom, The Suntory Museum of Art 6F.

    ・Includes: Formal tea ceremony service of thin green tea and sweets.
    ・Please choose between the “Tatami” (seated on tatami, shoes removed) and the “Chair” (seated on chairs). As you will be sitting on the tatami; please wear shoes that are easy to take on and off. If you are uncomfortable in bare feet, please bring a pair of white socks.

Please note

We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
No cancellations or changes can be made after purchase.
A separate museum admission fee is required to attend the tea ceremony.
Please do not bring children under three years old to the tearoom.
Photography is not permitted at the Genchō-an.
Only tickets for the 12:00 p.m. tea ceremony will be available at the museum's reception desk on the 3rd floor from 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. No reservations, first-come-first-served basis, limit to 2 tickets per person. Numbered tickets will be distributed from 9:30 a.m. depending on the number of visitors.
The tea room is not usually open to the public. No entry is allowed outside of the opening hours, and tea and sweets cannot be taken home.

Delivery Method
On the day of your visit, please show your ticket by either method below at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket QR code then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
