*However, admission tickets to the exhibition are needed to attend the event.

About tickets
- Advance online booking is recommended. Pre-booked ticket holders are given priority entry to keep a better viewing environment.
- Tickets are also sold at the Museum on the day of the visit. This does not guarantee walk-in tickets at the time of your visit as places are subject to availability.
- Tickets can be booked online through this website; no tickets are sold over the telephone.
- Exhibition catalogue is not included in this ticket and can be purchased separately at the Museum.
- Visitors with tickets for University students must present their student IDs.
- The following visitors are also recommended to reserve timed tickets (free) through this website. Please show your timed tickets along with ID at the entrance.
・High school students and visitors under 18
・Visitors aged 70 years or more - Visitors with disabilities (along with the one assistant) will be admitted for free without reservation. Some form of disability ID must be presented at the entrance.

- ・Admission from April 8 to May 6, 2025: Tickets on sale from 10:00 a.m. on March 14, 2025.

- The date and time cannot be changed after your reservation. Cancel request will be accepted until 8:00 a.m. (JST) on the day of the visit.
- Visit the Museum’s official website for the latest information as the exhibition schedule and details, opening hours, closed dates, and related information may change due to circumstances.
- Due to space limitations, there is no waiting area even if visitors arrive before the reserved time. All visitors are kindly requested to arrive during the booked time-slots, not in advance.

*On March 11, the Museum opens at 1:00 p.m.
*On Fridays and Saturdays, the Museum opens until 8:00 p.m. (last admission 7:30 p.m.) unless otherwise noted.
*Exceptions: On Fridays March 28 and April 25, last entry is 4.30 p.m. due to scheduled events. - Closed

Mondays, December 24–January 3, February 23 (The Emperor's Birthday), and during installation periods. (If Monday is a holiday, the Museum will be open on that Monday and closed on the following weekday.)

About Cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.
The date and time cannot be changed after your reservation.
If you wish to change them, please cancel your reservation and purchase another ticket.

- Cancel request will be accepted until 8:00 a.m. (JST) on the day of the visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.

- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
