Barcode Ticket

• Once your purchase is complete, a QR code ticket will be displayed on your screen.
  You will also receive a separate email containing a link to the ticket.
  This will need to be printed out or be displayed on your mobile device at the theatre.
  Enter through the left side of the theatre doors at the main entrance.
  Present the QR code (either on your smartphone or a printed copy) to the attendant for admission.
  We plan to admit you into the theatre around 30 minuites before the start of the play.
  Make sure to have your QR code ready as you may not be able to enter without it.
  One QR code is required per visitor.
  If you purchase more than one ticket, the representative must present all QR codes on his/her smartphone to be admitted to the venue.
  If you and your companion will arrive separately, please forward the purchase confirmation email to them.
  Your companion can enter the venue by displaying the QR code on his/her smartphone by clicking the "View Your Ticket" link in the e-mail.
  In this case, please coordinate in advance which ticket (QR code) will be used by which person.

• *Please collect your tickets at the reception desk on the right side of the theater entrance on the day of the performance.
  *Tickets can be collected one hour before each performance.
  *The theater is located on the 6th floor of Tokyu Kabukichō Tower in Shinjuku.
   We ask customers to arrive with plenty of time to spare, as they will need to take the escalator up to the 6th floor.
