Tickets are non-refundable.
People who have difficulty purchasing online can purchase same-day tickets at the Setagaya Art Museum ticket counter.
Please present your smartphone screen with the ticket or a print-out at the entrance to be scanned. Entry will not be permitted without a ticket (re-entry is not permitted).
Personal information (name, telephone number, etc.), which is provided by the visitor when making a reservation, is used solely for reservation purposes.
However, personal information may be presented to a third party in the following cases:
1. In connection with a legal investigation
2. When requested by a public institution (health care center, etc.) with a valid reason

Requests to visitors

We ask that visitors with symptoms of illness, such as fever, or who are suspected of having an infectious disease, refrain from entering the museum in order to control the spread of infectious diseases.
Please sanitize your hands before entering the building.
We may not be able to keep a sufficient distance in the building, so please be considerate of other customers.
Please note that you may be asked to wait when the museum is crowded.
If you visit the museum in a group, please keep your distance when entering.
 

Ticket Presentation Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    For a set ticket, two QR codes will be displayed: one for the admission and the other for the merchandise exchange ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    手数料0円

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    For a set ticket, two QR codes will be displayed: one for the admission and the other for the merchandise exchange ticket. Please print out both and bring them with you.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
