About tickets

High school and university students must present a valid student ID at reception on the day of admission.
Admission is free for junior high school students and younger guests, individuals with a disability certificate and one caregiver (proof required), residents of Osaka age 65 and older (proof required), and holders of a complimentary invitation ticket.

Students from Campus Member institutions can enter collection exhibitions for free. Please present a student ID or equivalent proof of status.
Holders of a special exhibition ticket are eligible for free admission to the Regular exhibition.
Our online ticket system does not support group discounts for parties of 20 or more, Keitakuen Garden combined tickets, or reciprocal discounts. Please purchase tickets in person at the museum’s ticket counter.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable, and tickets cannot be changed or reissued.

To protect its works of art, the museum maintains a constant indoor temperature. We recommend wearing clothing that allows for easy temperature adjustment.
Entry may be restricted during times of peak attendance. Additionally, the use of strollers may not be permitted.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance counter.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.

    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the barcode and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
