Reservations are not required for junior high school and younger students.

Please refrain from using photographic equipment or talking on your cell phone in the galleries.
Please comply with all gDo Not Enterh signs and notices. Teahouses in the garden are only open to tea ceremony or other invited participants.
Use of the Museum Shop and the NEZUCAFÉ is restricted to those who have been admitted to the museum.
 

Delivery Method

On the day of your visit, please show your ticket by either method below at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket QR code then you can enter the museum.

    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
