About Ticket
- When one set of tickets is ordered, two Adults tickets will be issued.
- Can be used individually (sold as a set of 2 tickets)

Please note

- Ticket cannot be canceled or changed once the reservation process is completed.
- One ticket is valid for only one visit by one guest during the exhibition period and valid only on the day of admission.
- Preschool children are free of charge.
- Admission is free for visitors with disabilities and one caretaker. Please present Disabled Personfs Notebook or similar identification.
- When entering the exhibition with a student ticket, please show a valid student ID card.
- Group rates are not applicable on this site.
- Ticket resale is prohibited.
- Please refrain from visiting the museum if you have a fever or cough.
- In the exhibition room, please refrain from talking.

Delivery Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

- Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.
