About tickets

We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
All visitors are required to make an advanced reservation. If you have Advance tickets, Free-admission tickets, if there are discounts you may qualify for, etc., please apply for "Specified date/time access ticket (FREE)" through this page.
You can reserve "specified date/time tickets" only through this page. Phone reservations are not available.
"Specified date/time tickets" are valid for the specified 30 minutes interval. There is no limit to the length of stay in the exhibition gallery.
"Specified date/time tickets" become invalid after 30 minutes from the reserved date/time.
Ticket cannot be cancelled and the reserved date/time cannot be changed once the reservation process is completed.

Visitors who are junior high school students or younger will be admitted for free.
Disabled persons (along with the one assistant) will be admitted for free upon presenting the Disabled Personfs Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID. One "specified date/time access ticket" allows entrance to one disabled person presenting the Disabled Personfs Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID, and to one assistant.
When using a student ticket, you may be asked to present a student ID as well.
It has been decided that Group Tickets will not be sold for this exhibition.

Requests to visitors

Thermography and/or thermometers will be used at the entrances to take visitorsf temperature.
–If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees C or higher, you will not be allowed to access the NACT.
When crowded, admission to the exhibitions may be limited, and visitors may be asked to wait for a while before entering.
The NACT asks you to refrain from visiting our facilities if you meet either of the following criteria:
–You have cold symptoms such as a fever of 37.5 degrees C (100 degrees F) or higher, cough, sneeze, and/or a runny nose.
–You are in poor physical condition.
–You have seen a doctor or taken medicine in the last 14 days because of a fever or other cold symptoms.
–You have traveled in the last 14 days in any region or country where COVID-19 is spreading.
If you have a coughing fit or any other cold symptom in the exhibition galleries or other areas, our staff may ask you to leave.
Use the liquid soap provided in the lavatories before entering the galleries.
Practice good "coughing etiquette", such as wearing a mask. In addition, take further preventive measures against infection yourself as well.
In the galleries, refrain from talking as much as possible to prevent the spread of saliva droplets.
In the galleries, try to keep a distance of 1.5 meters from other visitors.
Let our staff know if you feel sick while visiting a gallery or other facility of the NACT.
If it is confirmed that someone who has visited the NACT has become infected, an alert will be posted on NACT website, and on the exhibition website. Therefore, be sure to take careful note of the date and time of your visit.
 

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
