Ticket is valid only once per person.

No cancellations (refunds) are allowed after the application has been completed.
High school and college student ticket holders must present proof at the reception desk on the day of the event.
Free admission for junior high school students and younger and those with a disability certificate (including one caregiver).
Reduction is also applied by presenting the “MIRAIRO ID” application for the disabled (including one accompanying person).
*If the required information cannot be confirmed on the smartphone screen, you may be asked to present the original documents.
Online tickets do not offer discounts for groups of 20 or more, nor do they offer combination tickets for the permanent exhibition and Osaka Castle Keep.
Please purchase tickets at the museum reception counter if you have various discount coupons, etc.
Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    For a set ticket, two QR codes will be displayed: one for the admission and the other for the merchandise exchange ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    For a set ticket, two QR codes will be displayed: one for the admission and the other for the merchandise exchange ticket. Please print out both and bring them with you.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
