About Tickets
- We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- When the exhibition rooms are crowded, priority will be given to those who have made a reservation. Please make a reservation below. Entry may be restricted for those who do not have a reservation.

- Admission is free for preschool children.
- From March 11 to 28, 2025 (excluding closed days), admission is free for high school students and younger.
- Disabled visitors admitted free of charge, with one attendant.
- College students, high school students, junior high school students and disabled visitors must show their relevant student ID, proof of age or disability status document upon entry to the museum.
- Non-changeable, non-refundable and non-reissuable. Resale of ticket is prohibited.

Delivery Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.
