Sales period

For admission on 21 December (Sat.), 22 (Sun), 4 January (Sat.), 5 (Sun.), 11 (Sat.), 12 (Sun.), 13 (Mon.): 17:01 on 15 December (Sun.) - Up to 1 minute before the last entry time for each slot.
For admission on 18 January (Sat.), 19 (Sun.), 25 (Sat.), 26 (Sun.):
12:00 on 27 December (Fri.) - Up to 1 minute before the last entry time for each slot.
For admission on 1 February (Sat.), 2 (Sun.), 4 (Tue.) - 11 (Tue.):

This exhibition has a date and time reservation system on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays after 21 December (Sat.) and after 1 February (Sat.). (If you are visiting on weekdays until 31 January, Timed-entry reservation not required.)
Free entrance to the exhibition for high school students from 12 December (Thu.) to 27 December (Fri.), 2024, from 2 January (Thu.) to 17 January (Fri.), 2025, upon presenting student ID. (Timed-entry reservation not required.)
One ticket is valid for only one visit by one guest during the exhibition period. Re-entry is not permitted.
Weekdays ticket from 17 December (Tue.) to 31 January (Fri.) cannot be canceled or changed once the reservation process is completed.

Visitors who are junior high school students or younger will be admitted for free.(A student ID or proof of age is required. Timed-entry reservation not required.)
Disabled persons (along with one assistant) will be admitted for free upon presenting the Disabled Person’s Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID. (Timed-entry reservation not required.)
Students and faculty members of National Museum of Art Campus Member institutions can come directly to the museum to purchase your ticket. Please present your student ID or faculty / staff ID at the ticket office. Tickets can be purchased at the counter on the day of the event with a 200 yen discount. (Timed-entry reservation not required.)
You can also see the permanent exhibition on the same day of viewing this exhibition. Timed-entry reservation not required for the Collection.
Ticket resale is prohibited.

Ticket Presentation Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

About Cancel

If you wish to cancel your date/time specific ticket due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

Weekdays ticket from 17 December (Tue.) to 31 January (Fri.) cannot be cancelled after purchase is complete.

  • Caution
    Cancel request will be accepted until 23:59 (JST) on the day before your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
    Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
    There is no cancellation fee.
    Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
    Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
    If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.
  • Cancellation procedure
    (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
    (2) Refund confirmation email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
    (3) Open the URL delivered in the refund confirmation email.
    (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
    (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
    (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.

  • You cannot change after you have made your purchase.
