Entry to the museum using the QR code issued upon purchase is valid until the end of the same month one year after purchase.
When entering the museum please have your QR code scanned at the reception desk and wait for a staff member to confirm it has been read before entering.
The Yearly Passport can only be used by the registered person.
The Yearly Passport cannot be transferred or loaned to another person.
In the event you have forgotten to bring a device to display your QR code, or if you are unable to present it for some reason, you will need to purchase a general admission ticket to the museum on the day of entry.
Children (under 12 years old) will not be granted unaccompanied entry to the museum. They must be accompanied by a guardian.
A physical card yearly pass cannot be changed to a digital yearly pass prior to its expiration date.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will scan your ticket QRcode and admit you entrance to the museum.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show the ticket QRcode on the confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print at Home

    Print out the ticket from the confirmation page after purchase or print it out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print the ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

Enrollment for the 3D Secure 2 will be mandatory when making purchases.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
    Please carefully review your ticket selection and the billing information you have entered before submitting your order.
