[How to purchase timed entry tickets]

*Applicable to exhibitions that have購入ボタンin the exhibition selection column.
[From purchase to entry]
① Purchase
Please select an exhibition of your choice and time of your visit. Further sale will be stopped if the number of visitors reaches the maximum capacity for a viewing session.
Please select the number of visitors. (The maximum number of applicants varies depending on the exhibition.)
After completing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email.
It cannot be changed or canceled after the purchase is completed. Please check the order detail carefully before purchase.
② Receive ticket・check in for admission on the day
On the day of your visit, please present the ticket you received by one of the following methods. You can enter by validating the QR code of ticket at the entrance of the exhibition.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show ticket QR code by the button on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in confirmation email.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.

  • Print At Home

    手数料0円

    Print out ticket by the button confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in confirmation email and print out.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

Note：Credit Card Billing Statement will be recorded as "E-TIX ONLINE TICKET".

① Reservation
Please select an exhibition of your choice and time of your visit. Further reservation will be stopped if the number of visitors reaches the maximum capacity for a viewing session.

After completing your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email.
It cannot be changed or canceled after the reservation is completed. Please check the order detail carefully before submit.
② Check in for admission on the day
Please come to the ticket counter within the timeframe of your reservation. We ask you to show your confirmation email only when it’s overcrowded.
If you booked for more than one person you need to check in at the same time.
