Tour of KOISHIKAWA XROSS Digital Museum

The admission fee is to be paid upon your visit.

  • EAdmission fee to the Printing Museum is required separately in addition to the KOISHIKAWA XROSS tour fee. Please purchase a ticket at the Printing Museum ticket counter on the day of your visit.

    A staff member will guide the tour, and visitors are asked to follow the guide.
    Those who have already booked are requested to wait in front of the KOISHIKAWA XROSS Digital Museum reception 10 minutes before the starting time.
    Please follow the directions of staff members while in the museum. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be asked to leave the tour.
    Please do not eat, drink, smoke, record, or take photographs.
    It is not permitted to leave and re-enter the museum after admission. There are no refunds after admission.
    The tour includes dark areas, loud sounds, and large-screen viewing.
    Persons with any of the following conditions may not participate in the tour.
    ...Persons with weak heart, heart disease, blood pressure abnormalities, dizziness, poor health condition, under the influence of alcohol, or other serious symptoms may not participate in the tour.
    Small children must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
    The KOISHIKAWA XROSS Digital Museum tour will be conducted in Japanese.

    The tour time may be changed or the tour cancelled due to various reasons such as natural disaster, infectious disease outbreak or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the organizer is not responsible for any expenses (accommodation, transportation, etc.) other than the tour fee incurred due to the change or cancellation of the tour.

    An "Reservation Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your reservation. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
    After arriving at the Museum, please show the QR code from the reservation confirmation email, which will be automatically sent once you complete a reservation.
    No date changes can be made after the application has been made.
    Transfer or reselling of reservations is strictly prohibited.

    Release date
    ETime slot tickets for the 16th to the last day of the month will be released at 12:00 noon on the 1st of every month.
    ETime slot tickets for the 1st to 15th of the next month will be released at 12:00 noon on the 15th of every month.
    –Tickets from January 18 (Sat) to 26 (Sun) will be accepted from 12:00 (noon) on January 6 (Mon).

    *Please pay the fees for the KOISHIKAWA XROSS tour and admission to the Printing Museum on the day of your visit at the Printing Museum ticket counter .
    *Access to the KOISHIKAWA XROSS Digital Museum only is not permitted.
    *Those with a disability certificate and their helper can join the tour free of charge.

    Requests to visitors

    Please do not visit the Museum if you have symptoms such as a fever, cough or are feeling weak.
    Please do not touch the exhibits, exhibit cases, equipment or walls.
     

    Ticket Presentation Methods

    Present your ticket to museum staff at the entrance, either electronically or with a print-out.
    Museum staff will scan your QR code prior to admission.

    • Show Ticket on Smartphone

      Show staff the QR code displayed on the order confirmation page or the page indicated in the link in your order confirmation email.
      One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
      Remember to charge your smartphone prior to your visit.
    • Print At Home

      Print out the order confirmation page or the page indicated in the link in your order confirmation email.
      One ticket will be issued per person.
      Print out the ticket on A4 or letter-size paper.
      Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
      Tickets may be printed in black-and-white.

    About cancel

    If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

    • Caution
      Cancel request will be accepted until 23:59 the day before the visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
      Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
      There is no cancellation fee.
      Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
      Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
    • Cancellation procedure
      (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
      (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
      (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
      (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
      (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
      (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.

    Additional Information

    • Tickets cannot be changed after reservation.
      Please carefully review your ticket selection and billing information before submitting your order.
    • If the "Reserve Tickets" button is not displayed for tickets eligible for reservation, please refresh the page or clear your browserfs cache (temporary internet files) and open the Online Tickets page again.
    • Please complete your reservation within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your session will time out and all tickets will be removed from your cart.
    • Please do not use multiple windows to process the reservation or click on your browserfs back button. It may not process correctly.
    • A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after reservation. Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.
