About Tickets

Advance bookings (with date and time specified) are required for entry. Please purchase your tickets in advance.
The Katsushika City resident discount rate is for people who live, work, or study in Katsushika City. Please bring identification (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, employee ID, etc.).
People who hold a physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or mental disability health and welfare certificate, as well as one caregiver, are exempt from the admission fee.Please bring your certificate with you when entering the museum.
Cancellations are accepted up until 1 minute before the designated date and time. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the acceptance period.
(For example, if your ticket is for admission at 10:00 on March 3rd, the acceptance period is 9:59 on March 3rd)

Ticket sale ends once it reaches the quota.
A ticket (or a QR code) is only valid for one person for the date and time stipulated.

Kochikame Museum does not have a designated waiting space for visitors arriving. Please arrive at the specified time.
If visiting as a group, please only enter the museum once all group members have arrived. Please show valid tickets for all visitors.
Admissions may be restricted if the museum is overcrowded.
Eating, drinking and smorking are not allowed in the museum.
Resale of tickets for commercial purpose is prohibited.
There is no parking space for cars and bicycles. Please use public transportation.
There is one accessible parking space. Please get in touch with the museum directly for use.
 

How To Enter

At the Information Desk, please show the online ticket on your smartphone.
If your reservation is not made by smartphone, show a print-out copy of the online ticket.

    QR code will be displayed per person on the ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is acceptable.

About Cancellation

If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

  • Caution
    Cancel request will be accepted until 1 minute before the designated date and time. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
    Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
    There is no cancellation fee.
    Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
    Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
    If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.
  • Cancellation procedure
    (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
    (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
    (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
    (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
    (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
    (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.

Caution

  • Tickets cannot be changed after purchase.
    Please carefully review your ticket selection and billing information before submitting your order.
