  • –Day/time-reserved Museum Admission Tickets can be purchased on this website.
  • –Purchase an admission ticket to see the museum exhibitions and/or permanent collection on your desired day and time prior to visiting the museum. Free ticket reservations are also required for holders of the various types of complimentary invitations/tickets.
  • –Holders of individual or organizational Museum Supporter membership identification can enter the museum without a reservation.
  • –Visitors can access the grounds/gardens areas without a reservation.
  • –Same-day admission tickets can be purchased at the Museum entrance only in the case of vacancies that day.
  • –Cancellations cannot be made after 9:00 on the day of visit.

Please enter the Museum during your reserved time slot. After being admitted, you are free to use all of the museum facilities (galleries, museum shop, tea room).

- Admission is not on a revolving basis. After admission, you can remain in the museum until closing time (16:00).
- You are free to use the grounds/gardens, restaurant and gift shop before your designated admission time.
- Reservations can be made for no more than five persons at a time.

*For persons with a disability pass=the same discounted price applies for one accompanying care-giver for each disability pass holder.

The various types of complementary ticket discounts, vouchers or coupons will not be accepted.
Re-selling of tickets for profit-making purposes is prohibited.
Personal information provided by visitors may be used by us to verify visitor identity at the time of entrance procedures or if the need arises to contact said persons. Such information may also be provided in the case of requests from public institutions (public health centers, etc.).

Requests to Our Visitors

People with a fever, cold symptoms, taste or olfactory (smell) irregularities and people who have returned from overseas in the previous two weeks should refrain from visiting the Museum.
Be sure to bring a mask and wear it when visiting the Museum.
Your temperature will be taken by non-contact sensor when entering the Museum. Even people with a prior reservation will not be permitted to enter the Museum with a temperature of over 37.5 degrees Celsius.
Please refrain from visiting the museum in groups of more than five and maintain proper social distancing from others.

At the Information Desk, please show the online ticket on your smartphone.
If your reservation is not made by smartphone, show a print-out copy of the online ticket.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel

If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

  • Caution
    Cancel request will be accepted until 9:00 am on the day of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
    Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
    There is no cancellation fee.
    Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
    Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
    If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.
  • Cancellation procedure
    (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
    (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
    (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
    (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
    (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
    (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
