About Tickets
- Museum entrance tickets for specified dates can be purchased on this website.
- Museum entrance tickets can also be purchased at the ticket sales window, but when crowded it may require a wait.
- HS students and under Free. Free admission for disability pass holders and one care-giver for each. No need to buy tickets.
- For visitors eligible for the various types of invitation tickets, there is no need to purchase a ticket if your Supporter Individual or Organization identification is shown.
- Use of special treatment discounts, coupons, etc., have been suspended (JAF, JCB, etc.)

Be Sure to Read This
- An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- Reserve tickets are not required. However, when crowded, visitors may be asked to wait for a while. Also, when galleries are crowded, entrance to them may be controlled.
- Date-specific Museum entrance tickets cannot be cancelled (refunded) after 9:30 a.m. on the specified day. Click here for verification of ticket cancellations and refunds.
- When the Museum is forced to close due to bad weather and the like, refunds will be made on tickets. Compensation for transportation or hotel costs are not guaranteed.
- Personal information entered here will be used only in cases of visitor identification upon entrance or when contacting said persons is necessary.

- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancel request will be accepted until 9:30 am on the day of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
Additional Information
- You cannot change after you have made your purchase.
