Junior high school students or younger are admitted free of charge.
Persons with disability and one person accompanying them are admitted free of charge.
Group discount (adult 1,000 yen; student 700 yen) is available to groups of 20 people or more. Contact the museum in advance to apply for these rates and purchase tickets at the museum ticket office on arrival (tel: 03-3584-8136,SEN-OKU HAKUKOKAN MUSEUM TOKYO). This concession may not be applied in conjunction with other discount rates.
Tickets cannot be altered or cancelled after purchase.
The museum does not require reservations of dates to visit. When the exhibition rooms are crowded, the museum may limit the number of visitors at a time or distribute numbered tickets to visitors.
No refund on or reissue of this ticket will be provided.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
