About tickets
- Advance online tickets purchased on this site are for a specific date. Please purchase by 9:00 am on the day of your visit.
- There is no time restriction. Please enter the museum at any time between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm on the day of your visit.
- When entering the museum with a student or senior (age 70 and over) ticket, please show a valid student ID card or proof of age, respectively.
- Preschool children may enter free of charge.
- A disabled person who shows a disability certificate can purchase a ticket for him or herself and up to one accompanying person for half the price of general admission. There is no need to purchase these tickets on this site.
- The following visitors may enter the museum free of charge. They do not need to purchase an advance online ticket.

- On the day of your visit, you will receive a drink coupon (ticket) that can be used at Café d'Art.

Notes
- We will send an "order confirmation email" after your purchase. Please make sure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- No cancellations (refunds) will be made after 9:00 am on the day of your visit.
- Ticket purchases after 9:00 am on the day of your visit should be made at the museum ticket booth. (Opening time is 9:30 am/same-day general admission is \1,800.)
- Groups of 20 or more persons are requested to purchase group tickets at the museum ticket booth.
- Other discounts will not be accepted when purchasing advance online tickets.
- For visitors coming by car
- Please confirm that the number of tickets matches the number of people in the car.
Ticket Delivery Method
On the day of your visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
After a museum staff scans your ticket QR code, you can enter the museum.

- Show the ticket barcode on confirmation page that you received after the purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
- Please ensure your phone has enough battery power on the day of visit.

Print Out Ticket At Home

- Print out the confirmation page after the ticket purchase or print out later the ticket from the link received in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out on A4 or letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancellations
If you wish to cancel a ticket due to circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancellation requests will be accepted until 9:00 am on the day of your visit. Requests after this time will not be accepted.
- Please make sure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" and "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations are proceeded for individual orders and not tickets. For this reason, if you order multiple tickets in one order, all tickets in that order will be cancelled.
- Please note that rescinding a cancellation request is not possible.
- Paid ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the email address used when applying for the numbered ticket and order number on the cancellation form.
- (2) A refund confirmation email "Self-service refund confirmation" will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL in the refund confirmation email.
- (4) Details of the order to be cancelled will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit the cancellation request.
- (6) A confirmation page will be displayed, completing the cancellation procedure. "Cancellation confirmation email" will be sent to you.
Notice
- Changes cannot be made after your purchase.
Please review carefully your ticket selection and billing information before submitting your order. - If the "To purchase tickets" button is not displayed after the on-sale period starts, please refresh the page or clear your browserfs cache (temporary Internet files) and open the Advance Online Tickets page again.
- Please complete your purchase within 15 minutes after the Review Your Selection page appears. Please note that after 15 minutes, your purchase will time-out and the selected tickets will go back to inventory.
