*On the day of their visit, students are asked to present their school ID card.

*On the day of their visit, those with disabilities are asked to present their disability certificate. Students with disabilities, and one attendant per visitor with disabilities are admitted free of charge.
*Discounts for groups and repeat visitors are not available.
*Tickets can only be purchased with cash and prepaid transportaion card at the ticket window.
*People who have difficulty purchasing online can purchase same-day tickets at the Setagaya Art Museum ticket counter. If, on their arrival, the pre-set number of tickets for the immediate time slot is sold out, they will be admitted in the earliest available time slot. Please note Tickets with "grandma's maple soap" are sold out.
Entry will be limited only to those who are making use of the museum.
We would like to kindly ask that those with the following conditions refrain from entering the museum:
1. Visitors with a fever, cold or symptoms such as loss of taste or smell. (Note: Those who display cold-like symptoms, such as a violent cough, in the galleries may be asked to leave the museum.) Visitors who are in poor physical condition.
2. Visitors who are not wearing a mask.
3. Visitors who may have come into contact with novel coronavirus (COVID-19) patients either at home, in the workplace or at school, or with suspects that they themselves may be infected with the virus.
