Caution
- This exhibition is a free event.
- Admission is by timed entry and limited capacity, advance reservations are required for each venue on this website.
(No reservation required for preschool children) - Up to 3 people allowed per reservation.
- Please be sure to present your ticket with QR code at the entrance of the exhibition.
(Please print the ticket with QR code or display it on the screen of your smart phone.) - If there are open slots on the day of the event, a few same-day tickets (limited to one per person) will be offered. It is not possible to specify the desired time.
- Please be aware that there is no public waiting area for use prior to entering the exhibition.

- Entry reservation times are at 30-minute intervals.
Final entry time period is 16:30, with final gallery entry by 17:00.
Please note
- An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your reservation. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.

- Ticket resale is prohibited.
- Please be aware of and observe the following counter-measures:
- You have cold or flu symptoms such as fever, cough, loss of taste/smell, or if you are not feeling well.
- If you have been in close contact with a Covid-19 infected person, or are yourself within the health observation time period following such contact or travel from a country with elevated Covid-19 infection rates.
- Visitor temperatures will be taken upon arrival at gallely and any visitor who registers a temperature of higher than 37.5 C degrees will be refused entry.
- Anyone who has a strong cough or other cold-like symptoms in the galleries may be asked to leave.
- You must wear a mask or face covering to enter museum.
- Please be diligent about washing or sanitizing your hands.
- Please stay at least 2 meters away from other visitors.
- Please refrain from talking in the galleries.
- Please do not touch the art works, display cases, equipment or walls with your hands. This measure is being taken to prevent transfer of the virus through surface contact.
Ticket Presentation Methods
Present your ticket to museum staff at the entrance, either electronically or with a print-out.
Museum staff will scan your QR code prior to admission.

Show Ticket on Smartphone
- Show staff the QR code displayed on the order confirmation page or the page indicated in the link in your order confirmation email.
- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
- Remember to charge your smartphone prior to your visit.

Print At Home
- Print out the order confirmation page or the page indicated in the link in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out the ticket on A4 or letter-size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Tickets may be printed in black-and-white.
About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancel request will be accepted until an hour before the time of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
Additional Information
- Tickets cannot be changed after reservation.

- Please complete your purchase within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your session will time out and all tickets will be removed from your cart.
