Notes

An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
Tickets cannot be canceled or changed once the reservation process is completed.
Each ticket is valid for one person within the validity period. Re-admission is not permitted.
Please refrain from eating and drinking in the museum. This includes chewing gum, candies, and drinking beverage(s) except in designated areas, such as the cafe and the restaurant.
There are restrictions on photography in the exhibition areas. Please follow the rules written on the signs for each exhibition. For more information, please see Fukuoka Art Museum official website.
Do not touch any exhibits or their display cases.
Only pencils are allowed in the exhibition areas.
Do not make phone calls in the exhibition areas, and please set your phone to silent or manner mode.
Coin-operated lockers are located for your use beside the 1st floor Museum Shop, and on the 2nd floor at the entrance lobby and in front of the museum restaurant.
Please put umbrella(s) in the umbrella stands located at each entrance to the museum.
Animals and pets are not allowed into the museum, with the exception of service dogs. We cannot take care of your pet(s) in the museum during your visit.
Fresh flowers and other plants are not allowed into the exhibition areas.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons who believed to cause trouble for other museum patrons.

Ticket Presentation Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    手数料0円

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • - Please review carefully your ticket selection and billing information entered before submitting your order.

    A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after purchase.

    - If the "Buy Tickets" button is not displayed after the on-sale period start time, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.

    - Please complete your purchase within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your purchase will time-out and selected tickets will go back to inventory.
