- For those who want to make the most of their morning, this ticket allows you to enter the museum 30 minutes before opening (9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m)
- As this is before the museum opens, the museum may not have been cleaned or prepared. Please be aware of this beforehand.
- The museum shop and the cafe opens at 10:00.
- These tickets must be purchased at least one week before the date of visit.
- Please note that other guests may enter the museum between 9:30-10:00. Please be aware of this beforehand.

- Please deposit large bags in the cloakroom at the front desk.
- Please deposit your umbrella in the umbrella stand.
- Please refrain from using writing utensils other than pencils. Mechanical pencils are not permitted.
- Please do not use flashlights or the like.
- During busy hours we may request that those with young children deposit their strollers with our staff.
- So as not to bother other guests, please keep noise from footsteps and conversations to a minimum.
