  • The following individuals can view the Permanent Collection (Asia Gallery) free of charge, and do not need to purchase a ticket.
    Individuals presenting their own Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Certificate, or Intellectual Disability Certificate, and 1 caregiver, individuals presenting their own Specified Medical Expenses (Designated Intractable Disease) Medical Care Recipient Certificate, Specified Disease Treatment Medical Care Recipient Certificate, Medical Care Recipient Certificate for Congenital Coagulation Factor Disorder, etc. or Specified Chronic Pediatric Disease Medical Care Recipient Certificate, and individuals presenting their own proof of being 65 or older and residing in Fukuoka City, Kitakyushu City, Kumamoto City, or Kagoshima City (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.)
  • *Admission for Special Exhibitions is fixed separately.
  • *We offer group rates for visitors wishing to view the exhibit in groups of 20 or more people. Submit an application form from the link below, and purchase your ticket at the reception area.

One ticket is valid for only one visit by one guest until 31 March,2025.
Do not eat or drink outside the Art Cafe on the 7th floor.
No smoking allowed inside the museum.
Use the lockers (free of charge) for baggage.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
