Please note

One ticket is valid for only one visit by one guest during the exhibition period. Re-entry is not permitted.
Ticket cannot be canceled or changed once the reservation process is completed.
During the exhibition period, day ticket can be purchased at the ticket window of the National Museum of Western Art.
Visitors who are junior high school students or younger will be admitted for free.(A student ID or proof of age is required.)
Disabled persons (along with one assistant) will be admitted for free upon presenting the Disabled Person’s Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID.
Students and faculty members of National Museum of Art Campus Member institutions can come directly to the museum to purchase your ticket. Please present your student ID or faculty / staff ID at the ticket office. Tickets can be purchased at the counter on the day of the event with a 200 yen discount.
You can also see the permanent exhibition on the same day of viewing this exhibition.
Ticket resale is prohibited.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
