ART OSAKAチケットについて / About Art Osaka Tickets

本券は、Expandedセクション(クリエイティブセンター大阪(名村造船所大阪工場跡地)、kagoo(カグー)）とGalleriesセクション（大阪市中央公会堂）の入場券がセットになったチケットです。
ご予約時に発行されるQRチケットを会場受付にてご提示ください。
案内状のご持参ではご入場いただけませんので、ご注意ください。
全ての会場にご入場いただけます。
入場は、終了時刻の30分前までです。
異なる会場については、違う日程での入場が可能です。
混雑状況により、入場規制を行う場合があります。
小学生以下は、無料です。但し、必ず保護者同伴でご入場ください。
Expandedセクションは、大学生以下無料です(学生証をご提示ください)。

This ticket is a set ticket for the Expanded section (Creative Center Osaka, kagoo) and the Galleries section (Osaka City Central Public Hall).
Please display your issued QR ticket at the venue reception desk.
Please note that you will not be able to enter the fair with this invitation.
Admission to all 3 venues.
Visitors may enter up to 30 minutes before closing.
For different venues, admission is possible on different dates.
If the venue is crowded, visitors may be asked to wait for admission.
Admission for children in elementary school or younger is free, though they must be accompanied by a guardian.
Admission to the Expanded section for university students or younger is free, provided visitors show a student card.

Visitors who have a temperature of 37.5°C or higher and visitors who are in poor physical condition will not be allowed to enter the venues or board the cruise.
Tickets are non-refundable.

お受取方法

ご来場当日は、下記いずれかの方法で、入場口にてチケットをご提示ください。
入口係員がチケットのQRコードを読み取りましたら、ご入館いただけます。
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    チケットは、申込完了画面またはご予約確認メールのリンクから画面に表示してください。
    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after reservation or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    チケットは、1人につき会場ごとのQRコードが表示されます。
    ご利用当日は、充電が十分な状態でご来場ください。
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each venue.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • ご自宅でプリントアウト
    Print At Home

    手数料0円

    チケットは、申込完了画面またはご予約確認メールのリンクから印刷してください。
    Print out ticket on confirmation page after reservation or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    1人につき会場ごとのチケットが発行されます。
    チケットはA4サイズの用紙に印刷してお持ちください。
    チケットはQRコードならびにQRコード付近のシリアル番号が鮮明に印字されていることをご確認ください。
    チケットの印刷はモノクロ印刷でも問題ありません。
    One ticket will be issued per person for each venue and ship.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • ご利用にあたって

    - お手続き中の「お申込内容」とご入力された「お客様情報」にお間違いがないようご注意ください。

    お手続き内容をよくお確かめの上、お申込ください。

    - ご利用の環境にて「ticket.e-tix.jp＠etix.com」からのメールを受信できるよう予め設定をお願いします。
    　また、メールアドレスのご登録はお間違いのないようご入力ください。

    お申込手続き完了後、ご登録のメールアドレスに「ご予約確認メール」をお送りします。

  • お申込時の操作について

    - 発売時刻を過ぎても ｢チケットお申込」ボタンが表示されない場合は、ブラウザでページの「更新」を実行するか、
    ブラウザのキャッシュ(インターネット一時ファイル)を削除して、再度販売ページを表示してください。

    - チケット内容が画面に表示されてから、15分以内にお申込手続きを完了してください。

    15分を過ぎますと、確保されたチケットが無効になりますのでご注意ください。

    - お申込手続き中、複数の画面を立ち上げたり、ブラウザの「戻る」ボタンで操作しないようお願いします。

    上記操作を行った場合、申込が正常に行われない事がございますのでご注意ください。

  • ・Tickets cannot be cancelled after reservation.
    Please carefully review your ticket selection and billing information before submitting your order.

    ・If the "Reserve Tickets" button is not displayed for tickets eligible for purchase, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary internet files) and open the Online Tickets page again.

    ・Please complete your purchase within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your session will time out and all tickets will be removed from your cart.

    ・Please do not use multiple windows to process the reservation or click on your browser’s back button. It may not process correctly.

    ・A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after reservation. Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.
