*Invitation letter or ticket from the museum, pre-school child, and disabled people with a disability certificate and an assistant (up to one person) can enter for free, however, please make a reservation within the time frame.
*The assistant for disabled people must make a reservation as well.
*If you have an Invitation letter or ticket from the museum, please present it when entering.
*Students must present their student ID card or other proof of age when entering.
*If you have a Disabled Person’s Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID, please present it when entering.

Time frame (capacity for each slot: 40 people / up to 5 people for Warehouse Visit)
① 11:00-12:30 (Warehouse Visit 11:30/12:00)
② 12:30-14:00 (Warehouse Visit 13:00/13:30)
③ 14:00-15:30 (Warehouse Visit 14:30/15:00)
④ 15:30-17:00 (Warehouse Visit 16:00/16:30)
⑤ 17:00-18:30 (Warehouse Visit 17:30/18:00)
*You can apply for a ticket until 30 minutes before each slot ends. However, we will close each slot when the limit is reached.
*The Warehouse Visit takes about 15 minutes. Please note that it is not possible to change the date and time of the Warehouse Visit after purchase. Please check here for details. - Venue

Please note
- We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- About tickets
- Please enter the museum within 30 minutes of your reservation. Please note that you will not be able to enter the museum 30 minutes after your reservation.
Visitors who have reserved a ticket with a Warehouse Visit should complete their check-in at the reception at least 5 minutes before the starting time. - We kindly ask for your cooperation to make your visit at the museum up to 90 minutes.
- On weekdays from 11:00 to 12:30, we will give priority to elderly people, pregnant women, and disabled people. (If this does not apply to you, please visit the museum at different times when possible.)
- Refund is only possible if you are in a poor physical condition. Please note that we cannot give refunds for other reasons.
- Invitation letter or ticket from the museum, pre-school child, and disabled people with a disability certificate and an assistant (up to one person) can enter for free, however, please make a reservation within the time frame.
*The assistant for disabled people must make a reservation as well. - If any of the following conditions below apply to you, you do not need to make an online reservation. Please visit the museum directly. Please note that entry may be restricted if the number of people in the museum exceeds more than 40 people.
・People who purchased a ticket online by May 31st, 2020.
*Please note that we kindly ask people who have booked an on-site payment ticket to select again a designated date and time online.
・People who have a free pass (re-entry ticket) for Exhibition Room B. - Request when visiting the museum
- There will be a certain space between the reception and the visitors while lining up. Please keep distance with other visitors while viewing and moving in the museum and exhibition rooms.
- Please cooperate with coughing and sneezing etiquette, wearing masks and washing hands. Visitors who do not wear masks will not be able to enter.
- We will take your temperature with a thermal camera.
*If you have a fever over 37.5 degrees, you and your companion may be asked to refrain from entering the museum. - Those who fall under the following categories should refrain from visiting.
(1) If you or someone close to you has visited a country or region where the COVID-19 has continued to spread within the past two weeks.
(2) If you have a fever over 37.5°C, cough, sore throat, etc. (in addition to fever, cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge/nasal mucus, taste/olfaction disorder, eye pain and conjunctival congestion, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomit). - There is no bicycle parking lot or a parking lot at the museum. Please use public transportation or a nearby bicycle parking lot or a parking lot.
Delivery Method
On the day of your visit, please show your barcode ticket by either method below at the entrance.
Upon receiving your admission ticket, you will be able to enter the museum.

- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.

- Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

- You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
Please review carefully your ticket selection and billing information entered before submitting your order. - If the "Buy Tickets" button is not displayed after the on-sale period start time, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.
- Please complete your purchase within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your purchase will time-out and selected tickets will go back to inventory.
