This ticket includes an original tote bag, a collaboration between Izumi Kato and ACK and one admission ticket to ACK. As the quantity is limited, please purchase yours as soon as possible.
Lithograph works of male and female faces in three different sizes created at a printmaking studio, Idem Paris in 2018. These works are used not only as editioned prints, but also as materials for collage works, stone sculptures, and other unique works. Here we have used the faces from six works and developed them into tote bags.

About Ticket
- The bag will be provided at the venue on the day of the event. Please check the ticket issued after your purchase for more details.
- Please present this ticket at the Information Counter after entering the ACK main entrance (Event Hall).
- Returns and exchanges for reasons unattributable to ACK will not be accepted.
- Reselling or auctioning the tickets or bags is prohibited.
- Shipping is not available.
- Please note that no refunds will be made for non-exchanged tickets.
- There is no student discount available.

Please note
- An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- We do not accept any changes once your purchase has been made. If you bought a wrong ticket, please cancel the order and repurchase the ticket.
- Free admission for junior high school students and younger. (Must be accompanied by an adult.)
- Free admission for caregivers of those with disabilities.
- Please note that you may be asked to show a photo ID.
- Upon presenting your ticket, you will be able to view the other exhibition programs held in ICC Kyoto.
- Please present your ticket on your smartphone screen or a print-out at the entrance to be scanned. Entry will not be permitted without a timed ticket.
- Congestion is expected at the start of each entrance time slot and you may be asked to wait. We recommend that you arrive a little later than the start time.
- Depending on the crowds at the venue, you may have to wait in line to enter.
- Last entrance is 1 hour before the closing time.
- Ticket resale is prohibited.
- Your personal information provided at the time of purchase will only be used for reservation purposes. However, we may disclose your information with the local public offices (such as the health department) should it be requested for contact tracing purposes.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancellation will be accepted until 9:00 am on the day of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from「ticket.e-tix.jp＠etix.com」「support＠etix.com」
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- （1）Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- （2）"Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent.※The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- （3）Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- （4）The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- （5）After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- （6）Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.

Additional Information
- Tickets cannot be changed after reserve.
