Please note

Please present your Etix reservation screen on your smart phone or a printout at the entrance to receive your VIP card. For future entry, please show your card at the entrance.
An "Reservation Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your reserve. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
November 4: each entrance time slot is 1 hour long. There is no time limit for your visit.
November 5-7: each entrance time slot is 30 minutes long. There is no time limit for your visit.
Congestion is expected at the start of each entrance time slot and you may be asked to wait. We recommend that you arrive a little later than the start time.
To change your reservation time, please contact our VIP team at vip@a-c-k.jp.
Your personal information(excluding voluntary responses) provided at the time of reserve will only be used for reservation purposes. However, we may disclose your information with the local public offices (such as the health department) should it be requested for contact tracing purposes.

Requests to visitors

Please note that masks must be worn at all times. Please practice hand hygiene by washing your hands and using the alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided.
Please download and sign up for a contact tracing app (such as “Kokotoro” and “Kyoto City Notification - Service of COVID-19 Positive Cases”).
There will be body temperature monitoring at the entrance. If you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, you will be declined entrance to the fair.
Please refrain from visiting should you show symptoms such as fever and cough.
Please be courteous to others in the venue and share the opportunity to enjoy the works.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Should you feel unwell during your visit, please inform the fair staff.
Please follow the instructions of the fair staff.
 

Ticket Presentation Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after reserve or use the link received in your reservation confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
  • Print At Home

    手数料0円

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after reserve or print out later from the link received in your reservation confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

Additional Information

  • Tickets cannot be cancelled after reserve.
    Please carefully review your ticket selection and billing information before submitting your order.
  • If the "Buy Tickets" button is not displayed for tickets eligible for reserve, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary internet files) and open the Online Tickets page again.
  • Please complete your reserve within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your session will time out and all tickets will be removed from your cart.
  • Please do not use multiple windows to process the reserve or click on your browser’s back button. It may not process correctly.
  • A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after reserve. Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.
