Please note
- An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- We do not accept any changes once your purchase has been made.
- Please present the timed ticket on your smartphone screen or a print-out at the entrance to be scanned. Entry will not be permitted without a timed ticket.
- Each entrance time slot is 30 minutes long.
- Congestion is expected at the start of each entrance time slot and you may be asked to wait. We recommend that you arrive a little later than the start time.
- Depending on the crowds at the venue, you may have to wait in line to enter.
- Last entrance is 30 minutes before the closing time.
- Ticket resale is prohibited.
- Your personal information provided at the time of purchase will only be used for reservation purposes. However, we may disclose your information with the local public offices (such as the health department) should it be requested for contact tracing purposes.
Requests to visitors
- Please note that masks must be worn at all times. Please practice hand hygiene by washing your hands and using the alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided.
- There will be body temperature monitoring at the entrance. If you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, you will be declined entrance to the venue.
- Please refrain from visiting should you show symptoms such as fever and cough.
- There are no toilets at the venue. Please use the toilets in the Hongwanji temple precinct.
- There are no smoking areas at the venue.
- Please be courteous to others in the venue and share the opportunity to enjoy the works.
- Should you feel unwell during your visit, please inform the staff.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff.
About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancellation will be accepted until 9:00 am on the day of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from「ticket.e-tix.jp＠etix.com」「support＠etix.com」
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- （1）Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- （2）"Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent.※The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- （3）Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- （4）The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- （5）After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- （6）Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.

Ticket Presentation Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
- Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

- Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

Additional Information
- Tickets cannot be changed after reserve.
Please carefully review your ticket selection and billing information before submitting your order. - If the "Buy Tickets" button is not displayed for tickets eligible for reserve, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary internet files) and open the Online Tickets page again.
- Please complete your reserve within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your session will time out and all tickets will be removed from your cart.
- Please do not use multiple windows to process the reserve or click on your browser’s back button. It may not process correctly.
