○ Environment for the usage of Online Ticket
1-1. What do I need to have to buy and print out ticket?
  A computer connected to the Internet(Recommended browser is Internet Explorer6.0 or newer version) and a printer which is able to print out on A4 size of paper. Our site use Cookie, so please set your browser to accept Cookie. Your personal information is sent in encrypted codes, so please set your browser's security option to allow SSL.

1-2. Is this a claim receipt?
  The printed ticket is a real ticket to enter the show. On the day of your visit, please bring your ticket just as it printed.

1-3. Can I select payment method?
  Available payment method is credit-card only.

  You can use VISA・MASTER CARD・JCB・American Express.

2-1. I clicked on the purchase button but I'm not sure if the order is completed or not.
  After the order is completed, You will receive a "Confirmation email" in response. Please confirm your purchased details in the email.

○ About ticket print out
3-1. Is it OK to print out ticket in black and white?
  There is no problem with the print color even if it's printed in color or black and white.

3-2. Ticket's print quality is not good but can I still enter the show?
  There is no problem if the barcode or serial number is printed clearly.

3-3. There are some parts do not print on the ticket. What should I do?
  If the ticket is displayed on browser correctly, there may be a cloggin problem with printer. Please check the print head of your printer.

3-4. I purchased ticket but I have not print out ticket yet. Can I still enter the show if I bring a copy of Confirmation Email?
  You cannot enter the show with a copy of Confirmation Email.
In the Confirmation Email, there is Reprint
  • Your Ticket Link
  • Your user ID
  • Password
to reprint ticket. So please use this reprint method and print out your ticket.

3-5. How to reprint ticket?
  First, open the Confirmation Email and click on the Reprint Your Ticket Link.
Once login page is displayed enter your user ID and password and click on submit button.
Then it will display your ticket on browser to print out.

○ About billing statement of credit card
4-1. How does it describe the abstract on credit card statement?
  It will be recorded either "E-TIX ONLINE TICKET" or "WWW. ETIX. COM".

○ About cancel/change
5-1. Is cancel or change available for online ticket?
  Please note that online ticket is nonchancelable once it's purchased. You can find more detailed information in "Terms and Conditions" and "Read Before Purchase" notice.

5-2. How can I get refund of ticket in case of event cancellation?
  In such instances, Etix will issue refunds if a game is cancelled in its entirety. Refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. Refunds will generally appear on your next account statement depending upon your billing cycle.
Moreover, a service fee other than the face value of the ticket (convenience fee, delivery fee and etc.) shall not be paid.

○ About admission on the day of show
6-1. Should I just show the ticket at the entrance gate?
  Please show your ticket to staff at the entrance gate. Your ticket will be validated by scanning the barcode on the ticket.

6-2. Should I bring the ticket just as it printed on A4 size of paper? Or should I cutout the barcode?
  Please bring just as it printed on A4 size of paper.
