    • Available payment method is pay by credit card only.

    • You can use VISA / MasterCard / JCB.

    • The credit withdrawal date is depend on credit card company’ billing cycle.

  4. Can I select the number of payments for the credit card payment?

    • General rule is single payment. However, it may change depend on your contract of credit card company.

  5. How does it describe the abstract on credit card statement?

    • Credit Card Billing Statement will be recorded as "E-TIX ONLINE TICKET".
  1. I clicked on the purchase button but I'm not sure if the order is completed or not.

    • Once order is completed, you will receive Order Confirmation Email in response.
      Please confirm your mail box. If you do not have the order confirmation email received,
      please contact our Email Support for the further assistance.
  1. I don’t know how and where can I view my ticket?

    • Please use “View Your Ticket Link” in order confirmation email. If you have not received order confirmation email then please request resend order confirmation email from Email Support.
  2. Is this ticket barcode actual admission ticket or voucher?

    • It is actual ticket for admission. No need of any exchange onsite.
      You can enter the event just showing the ticket barcode on smartphone at entrance gate.
  3. How can I enter the event with this ticket barcode?

    • Please show your ticket barcode on your smartphone at entrance gate. A gate staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the event.
  4. My phone ran out of battery. Can I still enter the event?

    • Ticket is required for admission. Please check your phone has enough battery charged on the day of visit.
  5. There is a crack on my smartphone display. Can I still enter the event?

    • As long as you have ticket barcode or serial numbers on your smartphone then there is no problem with admission.
  6. Can I buy online ticket when I arrive onsite and enter the event right away?

    • You are available to purchase online ticket onsite and enter the event right away. In rare case, we might ask you for wait about 5 min. to sync purchase data for admission control.
  7. What should I do if I buy multiple tickets for my party with my smartphone?

    • If you purchased tickets for your party with your smartphone, you can show all tickets on your smartphone and everyone can enter the event together.
      If your party is attending separately then please forward your order confirmation email to your party. He or she can still view tickets on his or her smartphone by using “View Your Ticket Link” stated in the order confirmation email.

  1. Is it OK to print out ticket in black and white?

    • There is no rule of print color. Black and white is valid to use.
  2. Ticket's print quality is not good but can I still enter the event?

    • There is no problem with admission, as long as the barcode or serial number is printed clearly.
  3. There are some parts won't print on the ticket. What should I do?

    • If the ticket image is displayed on browser correctly,
      there may be a clogging problem with printer or black toner is empty.
      Please check the print head or black toner. Also, there is no problem with admission,
      as long as the barcode or serial number is printed clearly.
  4. How can I reprint ticket?

    • Please use "View Your Ticket Link" stated in the order confirmation email.
  5. Is printed ticket actual admission ticket or voucher?

    • The printed ticket is actual ticket for admission. No need of any exchange onsite.
      You can enter the event just showing the printed ticket.
  6. The ticket has purchaser name printed. Is it ok to other people use?

    • Ticket can be used by other people even the purchaser name is printed on the ticket.
  1. Is cancel or change available for online ticket?

    • Please note that online ticket is noncancelable once it's purchased.
